ROCKVILLE, Ind -Parke County Deputies and Rockville Police Officers served a search warrant at a residence in Rockville Thursday.

Officers found pills and paraphernalia.

Police arrested 33-year-old Richard West and 30-year-old Kayla Burks on charges of Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Neglect of a Child, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

Both are currently being held at the Parke County Jail.
