PARKE COUNTY, Ind – On Thursday (5/23/19) Parke County Deputies were called to a single vehicle accident on Towpath Road north of CR-525-W.

When deputies arrived, they found 63-year-old Sherman Miller of Montezuma asleep in the driver’s seat of the vehicle.

Miller was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
