INDIANAPOLIS – The disciplinary hearing against Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill will likely be held this fall.
The formal hearing is tentatively set for the week of either Oct. 21 or Oct. 28.
The hearing will determine whether Hill broke Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct. He’s accused of groping State Rep. Mara Candelaria Reardon and three legislative staffers at a party last March.
Hill has denied the claims.
A location for the hearing has not been announced.
