Terre Haute Man To Appear In Court After Being Shot During Domestic Dispute

TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man is scheduled to appear in court today after being shot during a domestic dispute.

23-year-old Thomas Allen Morson was arrested just after 10:00 p.m. Thursday night at a local hospital.

Terre Haute Police say that Morson and his wife got into an argument at a home in the 2300 block of South Stultz Street.

Reports are that Morson tried strangling his wife. The victims 16-year-old brother tried to intervene but was then hit by Morson with a club.

A third person shot Morson who suffered a superficial wound.

Morson will appear in court today on preliminary felony charges of battery with a deadly weapon and strangulation.
