GREENE COUNTY, Ind. – A Greene County crash has left one person is dead and another in the hospital.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Department says that Wednesday afternoon 42-year Jason Gibson of Worthington lost control of his pickup truck went off of the road at CR 100 S and CR 150 W and hit a tree.

Gibson was taken by helicopter to an Indianapolis hospital.

His passenger, 46-year-old Aaron Henigman, of Mattoon, Illinois died at the scene of the crash.

Police are continuing their investigation.
