WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Sugar Creek Fire fighters were called to a late afternoon fire Friday in West Terre Haute.
It started around just before 4:45 p.m. at 602 West Paris Avenue.
Fire crews reported seeing a lot of smoke coming from the building as they arrived.
As of now it appears that the fire was accidental.
No one was injured, but a pet did die in the fire.
Fire crews say the building is a total loss.
Sugar Creek, Honey Creek and Shepardsville Fire Departments all worked the fire.
Transcare Ambulance Service also assisted.
