CLAY COUNTY, Ind – Two people from Clay County are facing felony charges of neglect of a dependent after two infants suffered multiple injuries.

A year-long investigation by Indiana State Police revealed that the two children suffered broken bones and other injuries.

According to medical professionals those injuries were likely caused by being shaken.

24-year-old Aaron Stone and 23-year-old Destaney Jayne Fugate both have trial dates set for late September this year.
