
VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Friday night (6/21/19) around 7:00 PM, Vermillion County Deputies were called to a single vehicle accident on St. Rd. 63 just south of St. Rd 71 in the curve.
Officers say that a 17 year old male from Fairbanks, Indiana had left the roadway, struck the guard rail in the median, and rolled approximately seven times according to a witness. The driver stated that he believed that he fell asleep while driving.
The driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to Union Hospital of Terre Haute.
The vehicle, a 2015 Dodge Dart, sustained heavy damage and all airbags were deployed.
