TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – We know more about the driver of a vehicle that crashed into a street sweeper Monday night.

The accident happened just before 11:30 Monday night near 3rd and Cruft Streets.

One person was hurt in the crash.

25-year-old Collin Richards of Brazil was in court Wednesday to face one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.

According to court documents, Richards blood alcohol content level was .12% at the time of the crash.

He is expected back in court next week.
