CLAY COUNTY, Ind – A Terre Haute man was sentenced in Clay County Court Friday after being found guilty of child molesting.

27 year old Brice Holden was sentenced to a 12-year prison term and a consecutive 12-year term for being a habitual offender.

Holden was arrested Feb. 11 on the molestation charge and will receive credit for the time spent in the Clay County Jail pending trial and sentencing.

He also has a pending criminal case in Clay County from a June 12 arrest for battery resulting in injury to a police officer.
