WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A West Terre Haute teen has been arrested on charges of child molestation.

18-year-old Owen Seabolt faces a charge of molesting a child under the age of 14, and is being held in the Vigo County Jail on $75,000 bond.

He is set to appear in court next Friday (7/26/19).
