Hamilton County Man Allegedly Made Over $1 Million Shoplifting

FISHERS, Ind. — A millionaire has been arrested in Hamilton County.

Fishers police say Ryan Walker, 35, of Indianapolis, is behind bars after a five-month investigation.

Police say Walker had been shoplifting at numerous stores in Fishers, and they looked at days-worth of surveillance video to confirm he was the suspect they were looking for.

Further investigation revealed Walker had been selling stolen merchandise on E-Bay since 2010, and had collected a total of $1.1 million for the merchandise over the years.

Walker was arrested and charged with eight counts of False Sales Document Forgery, Possession of False Document, and Corrupt Business Influence.
