CRAWFORD COUNTY, Ill.  – A North Carolina man has been sentenced for the murder of a Crawford County, Illinois woman.

46 year old Jason Strawbridge pleaded guilty and has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for the shooting death of 62-year-old Sandra Kendall in July 2018.

Strawbridge’s girlfriend, 41-year-old Kristine Phillippe, has pleaded guilty to home invasion for her part in the shooting death of Kendall, who is her mother.

Her sentencing is set for Sept. 9 in Crawford County Circuit Court.
