BEAUMONT, TX – Albanese Cormier Holdings has announced that it has reached an agreement with ShopOne Centers REIT to acquire nine shopping properties in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia.

The Beaumont, TX buyer, has a strong presence in Indiana including Kokomo, Muncie and now Forest Park Plaza in Brazil along with a location in LaPorte.

The Brazil location is anchored by Kroger.

The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
