PLYMOUTH, Ind. — A pantsless Marshall County man has been formally charged after breaking into a home and threatening people with a knife.
The Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office says 33-year-old Terry Lee Sabo, of Bourbon, faces charges of burglary, misdemeanor criminal mischief and two counts of felony intimidation.
Bourbon police say this month, Sabo was wearing nothing but blue underwear and socks when he broke open the door and windows of the house, threatened the people inside with a knife, asking for his brother.
Police were called, found Sabo covered in blood from cuts, and arrested him. They’re not sure why Sabo thought his brother was in the house. Sabo admitted he had smoked synthetic marijuana.
If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison.
