Conservation Officers Train In Vigo County

VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – Several Indiana Conservation Officers from around the state continued their training on Thursday in Vigo County.

The officers are in week five of their six week Public Safety Dive Rescue Specialist School.

The Specialized Public Safety Dive Team has been around since 1976 and recovers bodies, vehicles, evidence, and more from the water.

This week they were training at a lake near Blue Hole in southern Vigo County.
