TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The trial of a Terre Haute man accused of murder has been delayed.

57 year old Kenneth Pitts Jr. was to stand trial on Monday for the murder of Alicia ‘Anita’ Oswald in September 2017.

Pitts was arrested near Las Vegas

Her body wasn’t found until the following January in her vehicle submerged in an eastern Vigo County lake.

The prosecution and defense agreed to postpone the trial until October 21
