TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man was arrested Tuesday night on charges of murder, robbery and false informing.

26-year-old Nathan Epple is scheduled to appear in court today.

Police say that the case started as a battery investigation on September 27.

The victim later died.

Epple was already wanted by the police after he walked away from the Odyssey drug and rehab center back in August.

That’s related to Epple’s pending case where he faces two counts of armed robbery.
