VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – Tuesday morning Vigo County commissioners opened the single bid for the former International Paper property.

That bid was from Tim Drake who wants to create an outdoor concert and event space that could be called ‘The Mill.’

Drake’s request will go to the county attorney for review.

It appears that there would still be room for other projects.
