VIGO COUNTY, Ind.  – Vigo County leaders have another date with a federal judge over the Vigo County Jail.

Leaders will explain how they are addressing overcrowding and staffing issues November 6 at the federal courthouse in Terre Haute.

Currently some inmates are being held in other counties.

Officials say that the number of jailers is close to the recommended amount.
