Two Arrested After Passing Unmarked State Police Car

PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind – Sunday afternoon (10/27/19) 1:00 p.m., Indiana State Police stopped 21-year-old Spencer S. King, of Plainfield, for driving 71-mph in a 55-mph zone when he passed a trooper in an unmarked patrol car.

Police say that King was under the influence of a controlled substance and was in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. King agreed to submit to a certified chemical test.

His passenger 19-year-old Emma K. Segraves, who is also from Plainfield, was found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Both were taken to the Putnam County Jail where they are currently being held.
