INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — You can take a step into the Barbie world this May at the Children’s Museum.
The Children’s Museum is partnering with Mattel to celebrate 60 years.
The exhibit will showcase the iconic Barbie doll along with the story of how Ruth Handler created Barbie.
You can also explore 15 different careers, learn about the more than 200 careers Barbie has had over the years, and learn about women throughout history who have broken career barriers for women.
The Children’s Museum said that the exhibit will encourage imaginative play that teaches you that no matter your gender, ethnicity, or background, you can make the world a better place by doing work that excites, challenges, and fulfills you.
The exhibit will debut in May 2020 and run through Spring 2021.
