VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – Residents in northern Vigo County were left without power for several hours Wednesday.

Duke Energy received a call around 5:30 Wednesday morning about a downed power line in the area of Rio Grande Avenue and Gallagher Road.

It’s unclear what brought the line down.

That line coming down caused other issued which left around 400 customers without electricity.
