WASHINGTON, Ind.  – A Washington, Indiana man is facing charges of child molesting, rape, and incest.

On Sunday, the Washington Police Department arrested 40-year-old Jason Conley. He is now being held in the Davies County Jail.

Police say that the arrest was made after a report was filed by the Indiana Department of Child Services that alleged sexual assault of a minor.
