CLAY COUNTY, Ind. – Many met at the Clay County fairgrounds this past weekend for the Clay County Food Christmas Program.
Several hundred volunteers gathered to deliver shelf-stable food items to more than 400 families and 900 children in the clay county school system.

Through the help of volunteers all donations was handed out in a few hours.
Duke Energy helped with a $10,000 donation which was a part of part of $70,000 in Duke Energy year-end food relief grants.
The Clay County Food Program also feeds kids over the summer months.
