VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – On Monday Vermillion County officers were working Operation Pull-Over when they clocked a car traveling northbound on SR 63 at 76-mph in a 60-mph zone.

The driver was 28 year old Luke Olson, of Franklin.

Officers noticed the smell of marijuana.

Police found that Olson’s driver’s license had been suspended and that he was wanted on a warrant out of Johnson County for leaving the scene of an accident.

Blood tests show that Olson was under the influence of Cannaboids and Cocaine.

Olson was arrested on charges of  OWI Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Olson is being held without bond on the warrant out of Johnson County.
