VIGO COUNTY, Ind – On Tuesday Indiana State Police Trooper Brad Fyfe arrested 22-year-old Tanner Shattuck of West Terre Haute.

Police say that he was driving a vehicle that was disabled at the 4 mm on I-70 in the construction zone.

Shattuck showed signs of impairment and failed sobriety testing. A certified test showed he had a BAC of .17%
