VIGO COUNTY, Ind – The Vigo County School Board will meet tonight at 6:00 p.m. in the West Vigo Elementary School conference center.

The public will be allowed to attend but due to the pandemic, masks will be required to enter, and chairs will be set up for distancing.

Officials are still encouraging that you watch the live stream of the meeting on their Facebook page.

On the agenda tonight will be COVID-19 health and safety return plans for co-curricular and extracurricular activities that include high school athletics and how to meet IHSAA guidelines.

There will also be discussion on some future virtual community meetings to discuss high school facility options.

The board will also review costs associated with responding to COVID-19 costs for hand sanitizer, masks and other personal protective equipment [PPE].
