Rockville, In. – A Rockville man was arrested in connection with an incident at ACE HARDWARE. 35 year old Justin Underwood is facing a charge of attempted theft. Underwood is now locked up behind bars int he Parke County Jail without bond after he was observed in the Ace Hardware store this past Tuesday, changing price tags on items and then presenting the items with the lower price on them to the cashier.
