Lewis, In. – On Friday Vigo County deputies were dispatched to Lewis, IN in southeastern Vigo County in reference to a tractor that had overturned on top of a man. Deputies arrived on scene and located a 51 year old male pinned underneath a tractor. The man was pronounced deceased at the scene by medics. Initial investigation revealed the cause to be accidental. The name of the victim is not being released at this time pending family notification.
