TOW TRUCK DRIVER SHOT

PLAINFIELD, Ind. — It was a tow truck driver shot along the interstate near Plainfield Friday. It was around 10-o-clock — a tow truck driver was pulling up to help a person who was stranded with a young child along I-70 near a rest stop. State police say as the tow truck driver was pulling up ton the disabled car — the driver fired multiple shots at the tow truck driver. The stranded driver then got in the tow truck with the child and drove off — leaving the tow truck driver. The man who stole the truck was later caught and arrested.
