Terre Haute, In. – A man from Vigo County has been arrested after a video was posted to Social Media shows him being confronted by member of PCI (Predator Catchers Indianapolis).  PCI alleges the meeting took place after the man calling himself Stephen set up a meeting on the app Grindr with who he thought was a 14-year-old boy.  Instead it was a member of PCI. During the video confrontation PCI contacted police and the video shows police detaining the man.  The man was identified as Stephen Slater, 54 is being held at the Vigo County Jail on a $50,000 bond (cash only).  Slater is facing two Level 4 felonies.  Vicarious sexual gratification and Sex crime child solicitation.
