Terre Haute, In. – A woman that local police have been on the look out for since March of 2021 has been arrested. Police say that 53-year-old, Jacqueline Riggins was located and arrested Saturday morning. Riggins was wanted in connection to the case of shots fired outside of Planet Fitness in March of 2021. She faces charges of Criminal recklessness for shooting a gun into a building, Intimidation, Kidnapping while armed with a deadly weapon and Pointing a firearm at another person. Riggins is in the Vigo County Jail. She’ll appear in the Division 1 Superior Court on October 17th.
