Parke County, In. – The Rockville Police Department has arrested a Rockville man wanted in the investigation of Sexual Misconduct with a minor in Montgomery County.  Wednesday D, December 14th, 2022, officers served a warrant on 23-year-old Thai Alan Biddle, of Marshall, Indiana.  Biddle was taken to the Parke County Jail and is awaiting extradition to Montgomery county.
