Sullivan County, In. – A man who failed to register as a sex offender was arrested in Sullivan County last weekend.  A Sullivan County Deputy spotted Robert Followell riding a lawnmower.  The Deputy knew Followell was wanted for failure to register and he arrested him.  During a search Meth and Marijuana was found on Followell. Followell is charged with Failure to register as a sex offender, Possession of methamphetamine and Possession of marijuana with a prior.
