BRAZIL-On Wednesday, March 1, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office served three arrest warrants for drug-related charges. These arrests were unrelated, but were the result of a lengthy investigationsby Clay County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division. Al three were already in custody for unrelated charges at the time when the arrest warrants were served. The following were charged as a result of incidents that took place in Clay County:
• Glen L. Ketz, 48 of Brazil, Indiana. (Clay County Jail) – $50,000 Bond with NO 10% Acceptable
• Dealing in Methamphetamine – Level 3 Felony
• Dealing in Methamphetamine – Level 4 Felony
• Danna .J Lowder, 56 of Brazil, Indiana (Clay County Jail) – $50,000 Bond with 10% Acceptable
• Dealing in Methamphetamine – Level 2 Felony
• Jeremy Lovett, 38 of Brazil, Indiana (Vigo County Jail) -$50,000 Bond with NO 10% Acceptable • Dealing in Methamphetamine – Level 2 Felony
The caseshave been forwarded to the Clay County Prosecutor’s Office
