KINGMAN — A mother and daughter, Sally Waggoner, 70, and Bonnie Coss, 51, have been identified as the victims of a fatal house fire in Kingman on Wednesday.

The house fire was near CR North 790 West in Parke County.

Parke County Coroner’s Office, Cayuga Fire Department, Kingman Fire Department, and the Perrysville Fire Department responded to the scene.

The cause has not been determined.
