BRAZIL — A Bowling Green man died in an ATV accident Thursday afternoon in Clay County said Indiana State Police Sgt. Matt Ames. Michael D. Rubeck, age 65, has been identified as the victim by a DNR Conservation Officer.

The accident happened about 5 p.m. near 2786 N County Road 875 East.

The driver of the ATV reportedly swerved to miss a dog and Rubeck was trapped beneath the ATV. He died at the scene. The driver was not immediately identified.
