INDIANAPOLIS — HB 1608 is on it’s way to be signed into law by Gov  Eric Holcomb after passing the General Assembly.

The bill states that no teacher or other school employee may disseminate material about sex to any student in pre-K through third grade. However, teachers may answer students’ questions.
