TERRE HAUTE – Shots were fired in the 1600 block if Locust Street around 8:17 p.m. Monday.

Officers on the scene determined there were no injuries.

The perpetrator is believed to be Nathan Fallah, 32, of Terre Haute, who was arrested while fleeing from police.

Fallah has been charged with Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon and Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon. The Vigo County Prosecutors Office is reviewing the case for any additional charges.
