TERRE HAUTE – Two people were killed when the motorcycle they were riding on collided with a truck on U.S. 150 at Sanford Road about 3:45 p.m., Friday.

The names of the deceased have not been released.

The driver of the truck, Mitchell Lankford, 34, has been charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance resulting in death.
