WASHINGTON – Justin Fitzwater, 48, was arrested inside a business in the 400 block of East Main Street in Washington.

On June 10th, police were informed of an active alarm at about 4:45 a.m. On arrival, officers saw the front door glass had been broken and locted Fitzwater inside. He was arrested on charges of burglary.

Davies County deputies assisted with the investigation.
