TERRE HAUTE – A house fire at 1558 2nd Avenue was ruled arson, according to Terre Haute Fire Chief Bill Berry.

The call came to firefighters around 6:30 a.m. on Saturday. The house was unoccupied and the fire was extinguished quickly.
