TERRE HAUTE – The sixth annual Rubber Duck Regatta is in the books and Catholic Charities is closer to the $50,000 goal to provide more community services.

Jan Buffington of Terre Haute was also a winner when her toy duck reached the finish line first. Her prize was $10,000.
