ROCKVILLE – A man riding a motorcycle is accused of running 88 mph on July 4 on US 41.

Parke County Sheriff Jason Frazier said a deputy had attempted to pull over the driver, Victor K Vandivier, 54, of Rockville.

After a 3.5 mile pursuit, he was placed under arrest for resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.
