BRAZIL – Affordable housing for seniors and young single adults was on the agenda at Wednesday’s meeting of the Brazil City Council.
The company is building 48 rental units in 24 buildings on the corner of Depot Street and Central Avenue.
Emmert Group Properties and Timberland Home Center are building the project, owner Brad Emmert told us after the meeting.
Brad Emmert received five year tax abatement on the project.
If you would like to have an idea of what the 48 units will look like, Emmert and Timberland are building a similar unit on the corner of Colfax and Sherman streets, although the 48 units may look a little different, Brad Emmert said.
