VIGO COUNTY, Indiana (DLC Media) – Interstate 70 was closed early this morning after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle. The pedestrian, who has not been named, attempted to cross I-70 when they were struck by a semi-truck.

The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital but it is reported that their injuries were not life-threatening. I-70 has since been reopened.
