Clay County, Indiana – The Clay County Murder trial of Jon Luke Benjamin McGuff has been delayed until February of 2024.  McGuff is accused of murdering William Matherly during an argument this last May.  Authorities say McGuff shot Matherly multiple times.  McGuff turned himself in but has pleaded not guilty.
