TERRE HAUTE, Indiana (DLC Media) – Yesterday it was announced that an investigation was underway for a death at the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue. The investigation was due to a shooting that occurred yesterday morning. The victim of the shooting was found to be 44-year-old Frank Jenkins IV.

During the investigation police were able to find the suspected shooter however, it was then discovered that the shooting was an act of self-defense. The suspect-turned-victim was reportedly threatened, confined, and battered repeatedly. This all occurred over 24 hours. The investigation is still open at this time.
