TERRE HAUTE, Indiana (DLC Media) – Morning traffic was at a standstill momentarily this morning as two vehicles were involved in a collision in the area of 3rd Street and Sycamore Street. The southbound lane of the highway was blocked to through traffic. All lanes have been reopened as of 8:30 this morning. There has been no word on the condition of those involved in the accident.
